Charlie William.

The first of what I'm sure will be many crazy pregnancy dreams has arrived. And it makes me laugh.

I wake up in bed with the husband to find my previously gigantic belly gone. I glance over at him to see him feverishly fielding Congratulations on Your Little Girl emails on his Blackberry. Why am I at home in bed if I just delivered a baby and why don't I remember doing it? Who knows. So I go to the hospital to find that my Little Girl is actually a boy. A beast of a boy. We're talking a huge baby, 12-15 lb range if I had to guess. (I doubt the "cute boy clothes" in my mom's closet would even fit this child...) So after the husband came up with Charlie or Sam for a name, I picked Charlie (not a fan of Sam for a boy) William. His middle name is a tribute to the dead dad on the show Brothers & Sisters (my favorite part of the whole dream). And then I woke up to pee.... :)

Do pregnancy dreams have any validity? I'm gonna go with no. If they do, I'll plan my C-section now because there's no way I'm pushing out 12+ lbs of baby!

Oh and p.s. I thought my morning sickness started on Monday. Ha! That was nothing compared to today. So I consider today, at 6w5d, the offical start. And I've learned that the bathrooms at work are pretty far away....ughhh!
