Expanding belly.

Baby Reeder at 18w6d
Well, here we are. 19 Weeks. I can hardly believe it. I wish I could say "Oh it's just flying by" or "This pregnancy has gone so fast" but those would be lies. Granted, time doesn't stand still anymore like it did the first 4 or so weeks I knew I was pregnant. But December 23rd still seems too far away. I'm so anxious to meet this little lady or fella.

Seeing my pride and joy on the ultrasound screen next week will probably make me even more anxious - putting a face (or at least a profile) to these kicks I'm getting will be exhilarating! We haven't seen the baby since 8w5d, back when we were green olive-sized. Barely could see the little gummy bear on the screen. Baby R's now 8.5 oz. and 6 in. long (and a mango on the fruit scale!) I am counting down the hours until the husband and I get to watch him/her dance around in mama's belly. Tuesday morning. 8:30 sharp. :)
(Edit: Apologies for the pixelated pic. I blame our home computer. Will try to replace it soon. Also, this was taken pre-walk with Grandma Connie, so please forgive the appearance.)
